Shipping Policy

We keep things simple: $49 flat rate shipping. No hidden fees, no complicated math.

Shipping Eligibility
This flat rate shipping is only available for orders within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). 

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed

• Delivery typically occurs within 7–10 business days from the shipment date.

If it’s been more than 10 business days since your order shipped and you haven’t received it, please contact us at  service@furnitureauction.ca so we can investigate.

Delivery Damages
We take great care to ensure your items arrive safely, but if your order shows up damaged due to delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Send photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number, to  service@furnitureauction.ca 
• Please note: Only delivery-related damage is covered.

No Cancellations or Refunds
All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
